As Nobel, we attach great importance to the security of your personal data within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”). This Clarification Text has been prepared to inform you about the purposes for which your personal data shared with us are processed, with whom they may be shared, and your rights.

To object to a result against you arising from the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems
To request compensation for damages if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of personal data
7. Application Method
You may submit your requests within the scope of the KVKK:

Via email
Through other application methods determined by our company
Your applications will be evaluated and concluded as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest.
